Introduction

Pixel Code Digital built the Pixel Scream app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Pixel Code Digital at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

User Content and Artificial Intelligence

To provide specific intelligent features within Pixel Scream, we utilize external artificial intelligence models, including the Gemini API. If you submit text, images, or other data ( “User Content”) to these AI-powered features, please be aware of the following:

Processing: Your User Content is sent securely to our third-party AI providers (such as Google) strictly for the purpose of processing your request and generating a response.

Model training and Google's terms:Pixel Code Digital does not use your User Content to train machine learning models that we own or operate. How Google processes, retains, reviews, or uses prompts and outputs when you use the Gemini API is governed by Google's applicable terms of service, privacy policies, and product settings for the Google AI / Cloud offering in use — which can differ between free, paid, and enterprise tiers. We encourage you to review Google's current documentation for the Gemini API and related services (Gemini API terms, Generative AI additional terms).

Content Warning: While we strive to ensure privacy, we strongly advise against submitting highly sensitive personal information (such as medical records, financial details, or private contact information) into the AI features.

Analytics and App Stability

We use Firebase to monitor app performance and stability. Firebase collects anonymous usage data and crash reports to help us identify bugs and improve the performance of Pixel Scream. This data is entirely anonymous, strictly non-personal, and is not linked to any user identity, as our app does not require you to create an account or sign in.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Pixel Scream offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payment processing is handled securely by the respective app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store). We use RevenueCat to manage and validate your purchase entitlements. We do not process, store, or have direct access to your credit card information. RevenueCat may collect an anonymous user ID to securely sync your purchases across devices.

Advertising

We use Google AdMobto display advertisements within the app. AdMob may use device identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies to provide personalized ads based on your interests and past interactions. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your device's tracking and privacy settings (such as Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt or Google's Ads settings).

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
