How do I report a bug in Pixel Scream?
Email us with a description of the issue, your device model, and OS version. For SCREAM mode, note whether the microphone permission is granted. Screenshots or screen recordings help a lot.
How do energy slots and recharging work?
Free users have 3 energy slots. Each slot recharges on its own every 8 hours (about 24 hours from empty to full). The home screen shows a live countdown to the next recharge.
How can I get more energy without waiting?
Watch a rewarded ad to refill all 3 slots at once, or subscribe to Premium for unlimited use with no energy cap (managed via RevenueCat / your app store).
Are my ZEN or SCREAM entries saved as a journal?

How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. For Google Play purchases, Google manages the refund process. Please contact the respective store directly.
The app crashes or SCREAM mode won't record — what should I try?
Update to the latest version from the store, restart the app, and check microphone permissions in system settings. Rewarded ads and subscriptions require a native build (not Expo Go). If it keeps happening, email us with your device and OS version.
